When you use the following documentation to deploy a custom SAS.OfficeAddin.dll.config file, the file does not deploy as expected:
Deploy a Custom Configuration File
The workaround is to place the custom SAS.OfficeAddin.dll.config file in the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office 8 installation directory on your file system after deployment time.
